How and why do you participate in arts and culture?

- The ceramic studio in particular is of importance to me. It allows/facilitates me to express myself through art. Culture feeds the soul. It brings joy and light. It would be a very dark place and dreary without arts & culture
- Helps me work through tough areas - like my cat dying. I have now have a picture of him in my bedroom wall which brings me comfort.
Accomplishing finishing an art project and being able to talk with others in the group is really therapeutic
